Both our Ironbridge pubs offer high quality fresh food menus serving all day throughout the season; everything is made on site with ingredients supplied by our favourite Shropshire suppliers, like Three Tuns Brewery!

Both pubs are situated by the river. The White Hart is right in the heart of Ironbridge, just 50 yards of the Bridge. The Water Rat is on the edge of the town with a lovely car park, with a fabulous river walk into the centre.

Serving a fabulous collection of pub food across the 2 venues along with fine dining in a beautiful setting in Ironbridge. 

At the White Hart you can find a modern British menu, with hints of spice and fusion of eastern cuisines. 

We operate two Ironbridge pubs – The White Hart (one rosette with two rosette standards!) and our sister Pub – The Water Rat, a 20 minute walk/5 min drive further up stream, just out of town. Voted #No1 Inns in Ironbridge on Trip Advisor!

We’re known for our high quality and consistent standards. Looking after our guests and providing them with a welcoming, friendly environment is our priority.

We encourage our team members to go above and beyond for our guests, creating a positive environment they can be proud of.

We like to look after our team members – offering as much as possible straight shifts, a say in working operations and conditions, staff social events and discounts in the pubs. We have introduced service charge at the White Hart with 100% going to staff via payroll.

We can sleep a total of 29 people across our two riverside pubs in Ironbidge, including The White Hart Inn & The Water Rat Inn, just up river. Dogs welcome. All the rooms are individually decorated.
